The Holland-SheltAir Story
The core values, management expertise, and services provided by our company go back to the mid-1960's when Gerald M. Holland, Owner and President, started Holland Builders, Inc., a general aviation development and contracting company.
Later, in the 1970's, our properties leasing division was born out of the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport; it wasn't until 1988 that our commercial and general aviation ground support company, SheltAir Aviation Services, was formed.
