Planeside to Dockside, Sheltair to introduce their guests to the extraordinary world of Bentley Motors as they arrive for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
Opportunity to secure priority positions in new facilities
Mariners from across the country and around the world who are flying to Fort Lauderdale International Airport to visit the legendary Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show between Nov 3rd and Nov 7th will be welcomed at the Sheltair terminal with a red carpet and the Bentley Be Extraordinary Tour that will whisk them in luxury style from planeside to dockside in minutes.
Bentley’s Be Extraordinary Tour offers passengers a personal introduction to the world of Bentley and its cars. Passengers and guest of Sheltair are exclusively invited to experience their craftsmanship and compare the different models first hand. This is a rare opportunity to explore Bentley’s remarkable cars and even take one for a test drive. The Be Extraordinary Tour will have the full fleet on display and available for test drives during Thursday November 3 (10am-6pm), Friday November 4 (8am-4pm) and Saturday November 5 (10am-6pm).
Passengers and guest will also find a brand new and expanded aircraft parking ramp that will more easily accommodate their travel along with an opportunity to inspect Sheltair’s exciting construction project: the building of eight new hangars that will accommodate aircraft in 150,000 square feet of space with the ability of welcoming up to a Global 7000.
Todd Anderson, Sheltair Senior Vice President for Real Estate and Development, stated, “Sheltair enjoys a reputation for providing first-class service to aircraft owners and their crews throughout the eastern seaboard. Now, with construction well underway for additional hangar space at Fort Lauderdale, those visiting the boat show can personally inspect the site and secure priority positions as we approach completion next year.”
Sheltair continues to invest in its infrastructure at a number of key general aviation hubs in order to meet current and expected demands. Guided in part by FAA projections that turbine aircraft activity will continue to grow, Sheltair is also conscious of the fact that modern, larger sized, state-of-the-art hangars are crucial in supporting the needs of its customers. In addition to Fort Lauderdale, the company has new construction underway in Savannah and Orlando; at Republic and Westhampton on Long Island, N.Y.; and their newest location at Tampa.
Anderson explained, “Part of Sheltair’s corporate mission statement is to provide aviation support services, construction and facilities management at such a level that it creates an industry standard of excellence. We also need to project, however, what our clients will need next year, five years out and even a decade from now. We have no intention of getting behind the curve in offering service and facilities that ensure customer satisfaction and Sheltair leadership.”
Sheltair representatives will be on hand to welcome Boat Show guests who wish to inspect the new space and determine how they may secure priority positions when the hangars open. For more information visit us at NBAA-BACE Exhibit 2207 or www.sheltairaviation.com
